Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.

Ticket Exchange

Exchanges may be made up to 24 hours prior to ticketed performance; subject to availability. A $5 exchange fee (per order) will be charged.

Online Ticket Sales

Online sales will close 2 hours prior to show time. The box office will open two hours prior to show time for in-person sales. Subject to ticket availability.

Late Arrivals

We make every effort to start our performances on time. In consideration of our cast and other audience members, latecomers will be seated only when there is an appropriate break in action. In many cases, this may mean missing a substantial portion of the show. If you must step out during the performance, you will be granted re-entry at the discretion of the front-of-house staff.

Inclement Weather/Cancellations

We take the safety of our actors, staff and patrons seriously. During inclement weather, please check the ArtsCentric website, ArtsCentric Facebook page or outgoing message on our box office number (410-205-5130). In the event a performance must be cancelled, we will make every attempt to contact all patrons. Ticket exchange options will be discussed.  Performance names, dates and times are subject to change or cancellation. No refunds.

 Age Restrictions

For most shows, we recommend children be at least 12 years of age, but admit children as young as 6. Children under 6 and babes in arms are not allowed. Please be aware that if children become disruptive, an usher will ask accompanying adult(s) and child(ren) to leave the theatre.

Wheelchair Accessibility

We provide a limited number of wheelchair accessible seating in the theatre. Please indicate this need on the order form when purchasing tickets. If you plan to purchase tickets at the door, send us an email a minimal of 24 hours prior to the performance, stating that you require wheelchair accessible seating.

Photography/Video Recording

Flash photography and video recording are prohibited during performances. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the theatre.
